We use your personal information to improve the customer experience and to provide customer support. We use this information to send you periodic emails about all updates and to send invoices for the services we provide you.
(a)Experts:
If you register as an Expert, we may share your information with the Instructing parties who are registered on EasySlot so that they can review your terms and profile before booking clients to you.
With your permission, we may share the information with third party report writing softwares like GRIP, ProClick or case management systems like Smart Panel. You can activate or de-activate the integration any time from your EasySlot settings.
(b)Instructing Parties:
Information we collect or given to us by Instructingn Parties is shared with Expert so that they can mutually agree on each others terms to process clients appointments.
We are obliged to keep the information confidential because of an obligation of professional secrecy regulated by EU or EU member state law.
How long we store your personal information
We store your personal information securely to our main database for ever. Even if a user is inactive, we don’t lose or leak his/her information. However, a user can request to completely remove his personal information from our main database using contact details provided above.
How we secure your personal information
Securing the information of users is important to EasySlot. All of our web requests are protected by SSL. Our application and database are hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud based in UK.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of EasySlot.
Your rights in relation to your personal information
EasySlot provides full rights to users to edit their personal information from their personal accounts they have created first time. Other than primary keys (unique identifiers / username) they can update any information at any time from their EasySlot dashboard.
Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £20 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
