Simply click on Signup/Register button and submit your details, you will be able to use your EasySlot account straight away.

At present those companies you have an agreement with and who have agreed to use EasySlot. Your available slots will also be visible to other Agencies but they can't book them unless they will agree upon the terms you have provided in your EasySlot account.

Simply click on Signup/Register button and submit your details, you will be able to use your EasySlot account straight away.

Once you registered, you will have access to all available slots. But you will be able to book only those Experts, for whome you have agreed upon their terms.

Its simple. Open that case in EasySlot and chose 'Rebook Case/Appointment' option from the actions list as shown below.

Open that case in EasySlot and chose 'Resend Appointment Notificaiton' option from the actions list as shown below. This will resend appointment notification to both Expert and Instructing Party.

If an appointment is eligible for cancellation, you can simple open that case from EasySlot 'Search Case' screen and chose 'Cancel Appointment/Case' option as shown below. As soon you will cancel an appointment, system will send an email notification to both Expert and Instructing Party.
